The Net Nanny Sting (out of Washington State) strikes again with “sweet 16” as I write this. It was a 4-6 day sting from 15-18th or thereabouts and the largest of its kind with around 35 people captured [it actually ended up being 22]. These Sting Operations are sadly filling up the Thurston County Jail and putting the burden on the taxpayers.
Look for the WSP to blow its own horn and the Media to blindly follow along. Doesn’t anyone doubt? Doesn’t anyone question the tactics of this ICAC task force and their motives? So far the courts are siding in favor of these stings. I’m not sure why as it seems quite outrageous with most offenders having no prior history. They just get pulled into the “dating” vortex and succumb to the manipulative tactics the task force has been trained so well at doing. There is NO JUSTICE here. We need to change the laws!
